I am a senior executive, consultant, and board member with over 20 years of experience building and leading fast-growth organizations and initiatives. I pride my myself on being a creative systems thinker with exceptional operational (fundraising, strategic communications, partnership development, knowledge management, and finance) acumen. I believe my superpower is seeing the connections that may not be immediately obvious to others and making them so.

Until May 2023, I was the CEO of Videre est Credere, where I spent a decade building a nascent start-up into a multi-award-winning, highly-respected human rights documentation organization. I built partnerships with over 100 policy, media, legal, and advocacy actors and established Videre as a trusted player in the human rights ecosystem. As a result of these efforts, Videre was awarded the 2016 Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship.

I have worked in the private sector, government, international organizations, and non-profits and understand how to push for meaningful change from inside the system and outside the system. I have advised NATO, the International Criminal Court, the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the International Committee for the Red Cross on human rights, technology, and security. Using the expertise earned through building and overseeing programs in Africa, Asia, Europe and the US, I have also advised dozens of NGOs on governance, strategy, fundraising, team-building, and operating in complex environments.
